-Rigels Seliman: Po pse pikërisht rebelimi filloi nga Vlora?

 E vërteta është se grumbullimet e njerëzve dhe protestat e para filluan nga “Sudja”pastaj me një intensitet te madh në Vlorë sepse atje ishin dhe firmat kryesore si Vefa , Gjallica Silva Cenaj. Studentet e Universitetit I.Qemali u futën në grevë që për situatën e krijuar Qeveria te dorëhiqej, Kuptohej lehtë se nëse ndodhte kjo do të thosha se bashkë me falimentimin “sistemit të vjedhjeve Ponzi” falimentonte dhe vet Berisha. Nga natyra e tij Saliu është një karrierist i veçante i brumosur me kultin e madhështisë e qe shoqërojnë një sërë të metash dhe ligësish ne karakter, si nje hipokrit, prepotent, gënjeshtar e mashtrues i paskrupullt, por mbi te gjitha atë e kapin ethet e pushtetit dhe për pushtet, para e pasuri ai sakrifikon dhe njerëzit e vet. Vlora në atë kohë e tëra u ngrit në revolta, të majte te djathte balliste e komuniste, zogistë e ish të dënuar ordinerë e politikë. Pse ? Sepse u vodhën u rrënuan u hodhën në rrugë duke u kthyer te gjithë në proletarë e teksa Saliut i kërkohej të dorëhiqej ai ri emëronte përsëri vetveten President duke ngritur “dolli për fitoren” me gjak shqiptaresh që do e hidhëronte aq shumë. Janë me dhjetra e qindra dokumenta të tilla teksa një të diel Marsi ,Vlora u gjend e rrethuar nga trupat ndëshkimore (por dhe të mashtruara), ardhur nga trevat tona të Veriut. Vlora është rrethuar dy herë në historinë e saj . Një herë nga luftëtarët e saj më 1920 për ta çliruar nga Italia, dhe herën e dytë 1997 për tu pushtuar nga Salia. Saliu një gdhë në histori dhe filozofi, kurrë nuk arriti ta kuptojë Vlorën dhe shpirtin lab të saj që kurrë nuk mposhtin, ndaj dhe bëri gomarllëqe të tilla që e futi dhe damkosi veten me të zezën më të errët të historisë si njeriu më barbar duke lenë me gisht në gojë dhe vet Ballaban Pashën. Me aktin e tij ai do të poshtëronte dhe trimat e kreshnikët tanë të zonave veriore. Nuk janë të pakta krimet e tij. Fakti qe ai hodhi trupat ndëshkimore ndaj popullit te vet, fakti që mobilizoi “veriun” kundër “jugut” duke mbjell vëllavrasjen dhe ndezur luftën civile me pasoje më se 2000 te vrare dhe mijëra të tjerë të plagosur, fakti që shkatërroi ushtrinë dhe bashkë me të gjithë arsenalin mbrojtjes e radhitin atë në krye te kriminelëve dhe bastardeve te vendit i cili i duhej dhënë sa më parë drejtësisë kombëtare pse jo dhe ndërkombëtare. Veçse e vërteta është se mbas këtij individi, qëndron ajo shtresë e pa shpirt e borgjezisë më të egër e konservatore e cila është e ngelet fatkeqësi, shtypëse e shfrytëzuese deri në palcë ndaj çdo populli. Ja pse u ngrit Vlora dhe mbas saj e gjithë Shqipëria. Etja për pushtet e pasuri e këtij njeriu nuk ka aspak lidhje me Marsin dhe pse po në këtë muaj i hodhi në erë Gërdecin. Shpesh muajt, i nderuari Rigels , ose krenohen sikurse ndihet Nëntori...ose dhe pse të pafajshëm ulin kokën nga turpi, sikurse e ul Marsi jo për faj të vet, por prej marrëzive njerëzore, ndaj dhe ai është dhe muaji i luleve për te na kujtuar se është kundër luftës vëllavrasëse.
