Advocacy of opposition lawyers

In the thirty years of the so-called democracy, even what was seen as an innovation in the 90s, the introduction of the defense lawyer in the justice system, was alienated from the political class, turning it into a tool at its service. All the oppositions that, in a democratic system, are to control through the parliament the executive drafted laws for the smooth running of the system, turned into the most powerful lawyers of the governments... The question that arises for everyone is; How could this happen!? You can find the answer by following the positions of the opposition over time, towards the government and the governors, and you will understand that all the accusations of corruption up to and including the establishment of investigative commissions have not only made a hole in the water, but have turned into a defender of government corruption, because the least they have kept away the body of investigation and the impossibility of collecting evidence, they have turned their accusations about the governors of all colors into counter-accusations. This has led to the formation of beliefs among the people that justice does not catch the big fish, but remains with the small ones. The only success of justice in these 30 years has been with the most vulnerable layer, falling victim to the law, but also to the attorneys, judges, who, finding a square, did it all the time. The belief in not catching the big fish has turned into a cancerous disease, because the big fish have already cut off the wings of justice in the air, precisely with the lawyers who in the opposition do not leave anything without talking about the government, as soon as they take power, covers the silence of the grave, as long as they do not interfere in the courts... These are the most dangerous criminal lawyers because they have turned the temple of democracy into an institution of law to postpone time with tricks, which do not even put a thorn in the foot of a person, but litharges in the people, losing faith, not only in the system of justice, but also to the elected officials who have used power for their own interests in these thirty years. The leadership of one or the other side in the opposition fills the prosecutor's offices with accusations against the governors, but they end up in the trash can, and what's worse, and now, with the reformed justice system, you want to open them, the law does not allow you to file them. . The lawyers of the parliamentary oppositions, the only profit they have brought to the people are the parliamentary telenovelas, turned into a killer show of social conscience. This is so tragic for Albanian society, it seems as if in our parliament, a scene from Shakespeare's tragedies follows, where it is played only for the fate of the rulers, leaving that of the people in the gaiety. Their Kino-comedies have no side or place, in the scenarios as you see, how they appear in the parliament, the scenes of yesterday, when the opposition at that time filled the pulpits with; The pyramid firms, "Gërdecin", "January 21", keeping justice hanging, until the legal deadlines for the trial passed, thus fleeing the accusations against the authorities, in unknown directions. The same whistles are blown by the opposition today; With a drone-satellite that revolve around the orbit of Shara's garbage, not a little, but for 180 days in the interception of a plasma bag thrown into the garbage bin by a member of parliament, in order to discover the truth of the incineration of garbage, when it is known that there is only collection, or the MCgonigal case compromising the prime minister. Are there stronger advocates than those of the re-establishment, who for two months in a row kept the pulpit upright from the whistles, while the hall with the cards of the majority passed laws without entering the sieve of the opposition, as happens in a democratic system? . Perhaps, the reformed justice system will put an end to such parliamentary practices once and for all, bringing the accused before the court, so as not to allow them to be protected by the devil's advocate of the MPs' lawyers, who, even though they fight for the corrupt government officials, the words are only for parliamentary consumption, but not evidence for justice.
