Are reeducation schools needed in our education system?

Before the breakdown of the socialist system in our country, in some cities of Albania, there were re-education schools for problematic young people with behavior different from the rest of the young people. And then this problem was fixed in a way. Many of those young people were properly reintegrated into the society of that time. They readjusted to the rules set by the state and society at that time. So, in a way, they remembered and called to their minds, not to act like this in the future. While then it happened, that we destroy everything "communist" and "monist" and put the pickaxe on it, because it does not work and is not of the time. Human mediocrity! During the years of transition and today, teachers of nine-year schools and of secondary schools and gymnasiums complain every day about the behavior of students, which are streetwise and for the inappropriate vocabulary and for the violent and unprecedented behavior that they use inside the classroom and in the school premises. Every day we hear from our friends and colleagues about beatings and conflicts between "strong" and "wise" students, up to the use of knives in our schools. The banal reasoning, which we hear very often from teaching bodies and school leaders, is: "That's how it is. We have nothing to do. We can't fix it. When his parent doesn't fix it, we will fix it.", etc., etc. Very unfortunate. We have also heard of cases where various students leave a school for breaking the rules at school, they even got a bad grade for their behavior and later hear that these dangerous types are catapulted to another school, as if nothing had happened. These school leaders do not take into account the dangerousness of these young people in the schools where they are enrolled. Recklessness or inattention or corruption??? The Ministry of Education should look at this problem with precedents, because there are hundreds and thousands of such cases. Being part of this very important field for each of us, I noticed that these young people are problematic not only at school, but also a major problem in their families, where they use violence against other members of their family. . Their parents report them to the police, but then they are "forced" to withdraw their report on the grounds that in this way their children's lives will be destroyed. All teachers of pre-university education feel endangered before these difficult types. And they see salvation only in the presence of the state police near secondary and nine-year schools. But this is not the only solution. All teachers and not only, all people in general in their conversations demand the return of reeducation schools. Another problem is the fact that young people and minors are committing thefts of homes, motorized vehicles and thefts of people on the streets and in urban areas, because they are children and young people, who come from families with problems and do not they feel the presence of the family at all, because they are growing up from the "street". How very difficult for these young and minors. They really need the help of the state and society. Another very big problem for our pre-university education is the fact, that many young men and women are becoming distributors of drugs from the lightest to the heaviest. The number of drug users among minors and young adults is also increasing. Every day in the written and visual media we hear and encounter this very serious phenomenon. This calls into question the future of our youth, very necessary and necessary to ensure the future and continuity of our people and our brilliant and wonderful country. Therefore, as soon as possible, the re-establishment of re-education centers or schools in the most problematic cities of our country is needed, in order to prevent the worst situations of the future.
