Is the Kalashnikov barrage attack on Top Channel an attack on free speech?!!

An attack against the most powerful national media institution in the country is, under any circumstances, a serious and intolerable criminal act. What is tragic is not the bullets against the windows and railings, but the loss of life of the security guard of the Top Channel facility.

The shelling attack against the windows of the Top Channel building, in my opinion, was not an attack against journalists and free speech, because if that was the intention, they would not have fired at the facade, but would have gone inside and shot at the journalists . Speech in Albania today is so free that it has exceeded the freedom of speech to such an inflationary extent that neither the importance of the word nor its value has any value anymore.
I think that the attack against Top Channel has to do with accounts of media owners' affairs with interest groups, territories, financial relationships and even traffic... the path that Top Channel and other media have taken, using media power as a weapon dirty businesses in alliance with corrupt powers being rewarded by these powers with public works, advertising tenders. The media, standing by the side of the successive powers for the benefits of the successive powers, when the bargains are broken and the state uses force through the selective law of breaking relations with a media that builds without permission, uses public lands and takes them up to private property with the power of the "fourth power" to serve the corrupt and criminal power that the government has rewarded with clientelistic services as I said above,

The majority of media owners who have nothing to do with the media and journalism, and then there are those who do not even know how to write, have built the media as a means of pressure on incriminated and corrupt powers to use in favor of their dirty businesses and benefited a lot from the powers as clients of the power-media, media-power masquerade.
In this spirit, moderators of broadcasts, portals, radio stations and fine journalists started playing this scheme. This became a way of life and criminal gangs, financial oligarchs connected to crime, media owners, moderators and fine journalists danced together and pressured each other by dancing and living a life of luxury, botoxing themselves with this criminal money. The rope breaks as the violence grows, - say the people.

Që media në Shqipëri në të përgjithshmen nuk ka lidhje me fjalën e lirë, apo me misionin e pushtetit të katërt që është informimi me publikun dhe transperenca me publikun, kjo tashmë është dukshëm dhe e qartë.

Pas rënies së piramidave financiare të Sudes, Xhaferrit, Popullit, pas diskretitimit të piramidave universitare tip Henri Çili, tashmë rradhën e ka rënia e piramidës mediatike e diskredituar në misionin e saj të informimit publik-kulturor.
Tashmë si lufta e bandave që bashkëpunojnë deri në një pikë dhe pastaj mundohen të eliminojnë njëri-tjetrin. Ketu ka arritur mardhënia pushtet-media-oligarki kriminale financiare në Shqipëri.

The investigations of the state police should focus on the relationships and financial transactions of the owners of Top Channel, on the properties and conflicts that the owners of this television have, not on the freedom of speech and the coverage with freedom of speech by this media and others. A financial audit of all media reveals them as CROOKS of the freedom of speech.
