Every time we say the Berlin Wall, we think of the Cold War or the War between two civilizations, the Western and the Eastern, but it is often said a war without firing a single weapon against each other. One of the most important events in modern world historiography comes to mind, which is October 3, 1990, where both Germany, the German Federal Republic and the German Democratic Republic, reunited and created the Federal Republic of Germany, putting an end to it once and for all. the division of Europe and the continent into two parts, what is commonly called the "Iron Curtain". This event restored calm and the normal status quo and removed hostilities in the relations between European countries, Eastern and Western, removing divisions and differences between them. This returned warmth and calm to the relations between the two sworn enemies, the US and the BS (Today, the divisions and hostilities between these important actors of international relations have deepened and reached a climax, where there may almost be a clash between these two). On this great day, we remember the two main figures of this reunification, the chancellor of the reunification Helmut Kohl and the architect of the reunification Hans-Dietrich Genscher. They are the ones who made possible the drafting and implementation of the Treaty 2 + 4 or the Treaty for the final settlement with regard to Germany. But to get to this point on August 31, the Treaty of Unification was signed between the FRG and the GDR, according to which the German Democratic Republic would dissolve and its Bundesland would be unified with the Federal Republic of Germany. German unity was achieved with this. The most interesting fact is that when this treaty was presented to the respective parliaments, the People's House of the GDR and the Bundestag of the FRG, there were also votes that were against this unification. The governments of the four powers declared and communicated the final official regarding the rights and responsibilities of these four powers towards both Germanys. Also the FRG and the GDR declared recognition of the Oder-Neisse border expressed in the settlement agreement, according to which a united Germany would finally give up the eastern territories of the former Germans and thereby give up about a quarter of the former German national territory. Since there was no "Four Power Conference for Germany", but without German participation, this was seen as recognition of the Germans' right to self-determination. Therefore, the Two Plus Four Treaty is considered the final peace settlement with Germany after World War II and thus marks the end of the post-war period. Even this treaty is universally recognized as a masterpiece of international diplomacy, for in a very short time he solved the problems which had shaped and marked a whole epoch full of events and happenings, similar to our old continent, Europe. The same thing that happened to the Germans also happened to the Albanians, except that the territories and the Albanian people were divided into many states, in whose territories artificial states were created and this happened according to the wishes and appetites of the European states over the centuries and decades. past, which to satisfy each other's interests reached this point, where we are today. As it did with the reunification of Germany, must start taking steps for the reunification of the Albanian people and the Albanian territories into one. Then this would be called the second miracle of international diplomacy, which would restore the honor of Albanianism, which has been damaged for centuries, because this Europe owes the Albanian nation a mountain of debts, which cannot all be repaid, but most of it is their duty, because this Europe has not only worked in the past to the detriment of Albanian interests, but it continues today to work against Albanians here and there across the state border. Because this hypocritical Europe continues to lie when it speaks. She does not keep her word and has been and is very disloyal to the Albanian nation.
