How endangered is the Earth by the 5 asteroids that are fast approaching

5 asteroids that will come "dangerously" close to Earth this year have been revealed, including a giant space rock the size of the Golden Gate Bridge.

It's understandable why a comet called the "devil" might cause you fear.

Especially when this particular space rock is three times the size of Mount Everest and is currently erupting like a volcano on its way to Earth.

Thankfully there's no chance of 12P/Pons-Brooks actually hitting us, but it's expected to be visible to the naked eye when it makes its closest approach in June 2024. That's next year, though.

These are five asteroids and a comet that will come "dangerously" close to Earth in the near future:
