The mistake you make when drinking coffee at the office

Most people are used to drinking their first morning coffee in the office or in general at their work.

However, research done in Arizona reveals the mistake many people make and don't know. And this is nothing more than using office cups to drink our coffee.

Research led by Charles Gerba, professor of environmental microbiology at the University of Arizona, showed that 90% of office cups are full of germs even if they have been washed. It is better, as he suggests, to take a cup or thermos from home or just use a cup that we will wash every day at home and return.
