A man in Singapore is suing a woman who rejected him for $3 million, claiming she caused emotional "trauma" in his life. Kawshigan filed a legal claim against Nora Tan after she told him she was no longer romantically interested in him.

According to the media, the boy has filed two legal complaints against her, including 3 million dollars for "reputation damage" and "causing trauma".

According to him, the rejection she gave him caused many effects on his life as he was not fully devoted to work and had many losses, and also the therapy had cost him a lot.

Also, the second lawsuit had a value of 22 thousand dollars and the young woman was accused of not respecting their contract to work on this relationship.

His motion was released this week, and he stated: "Considered as a whole, I find that the present action was intentionally initiated by the plaintiff with the ulterior motive of harassing or oppressing the defendant by requiring her to defend various claims arising out of essentially from the same factual matrix in different forums.

The media reported that Kawshigan and Tan first met in 2016 and became friends. In September 2020, it seems that the company changed after the young woman had stated that she only considered him as a friend, while he looked at her for more.

Tan had then advised Kawshiga to distance themselves from each other so that he too could find himself. Meanwhile, a month later, the boy sent a letter to the girl, threatening to sue her for the emotional damage he had caused.

Despite the fact that Tan had tried to talk to her, the young man had refused because, according to him, she had caused too much damage to his reputation.

However, a year and a half later, Tan stopped attending court hearings, and initiated criminal proceedings against the young man for stalking.

After many conversations with the media, Tan has revealed that he cut off contact with Kawshigan in May of last year because he was not respecting the boundaries he had set.

Kawshigan filed his $3 million claim against her in July before filing his $22,000 claim in August. Tan has applied to drop the $3 million claim, with a pre-trial hearing set for February 9, according to the Straits Time.
