As part of his research, Randall Bell spoke to 5,000 people around the world, including professionals, students, retirees, the unemployed and millionaires.

The findings are very impressive, as he said that those who make their bed in the morning are up to 206.8% more likely to become millionaires, as this process puts the mind in a productive mindset. People who make their bed every morning are more likely to have higher incomes and be more satisfied with their lives.

But besides making the bed, the socio-economist notes that there are also some other "rich" habits, as he calls them. One of them is waking up early in the morning, at least three hours before starting work. For example, at 6:00 in the morning it works well.
