Cinema of Montenegro comes to four cities in Albania. The National Center of Cinematography and Filmski centar Crne Gore (Film Center of Montenegro) bring contemporary Montenegrin cinema to Albania. The films are shown in the cities of Tirana, Gjirokastër, Vlorë and Shkodër. "Montenegro Film Days" started in Tirana with the two films that were shown on Monday. "The eagle's nest" directed by Milija Š?epanovi? and "After the winter" directed by Ivan Bakra?. "Montenegro Film Days" are taking place in our country within the framework of the cooperation memorandum, which the National Center of Cinematography signed with the Montenegrin Film Center. "Montenegro Film Days" are on March 27-28-29-30 in Albania. The National Cinematography Center informs that the films belong to the productions of 2020-2022. According to the CKK, one of the objectives is to encourage dialogue between the professions of the two countries. "This activity will include the presentation to the Albanian public of successful cinematographic productions of 2020-2022 by Montenegrin authors. One of the objectives of this activity is to encourage dialogue between professionals of the two countries, but also to confront the public with the culture presented in the films of neighboring authors", says the National Center of Cinematography (KKK) in the material about this activity. In Gjirokastër and Vlorë, the films will be shown in the reopened cinemas with digital technology, made possible by European IPA II funds, provided by KKK through the Interreg-IPA CBC grant, in partnership with Italy and Montenegro. Two films will be shown in each city. The films of these days are "After the einter" directed by Ivan Bakra?; "The eagle's nest" Milija Š?epanovi?; "The black pin" directed by Ivan Marinovi?; "Rainboë" directed by Aleksandar Vujovi?; "Mar" directed by Milorad Milatovi?; "My name is Ana" directed by Bojan Stijovi?. "After the winter" that was shown in Tirana is a Montenegrin dramatic film of 2021 directed by Ivan Bakra?. The script was written by Ivan Bakra? and Vladimir Blazevski. Five small-town childhood friends still maintain their friendship despite being scattered across the former Yugoslavia. During a year, life-defining events take place. When winter ends, each of them will have to build their new lives. "The eagle's nest" by Milija Š?epanovi?, which was also shown in Tirana, the screenplay was written by Ratko Radunovic.
