"A gin game" returns for four evenings on the Metropolis stage

The theater show "A gin game" marked the premiere earlier on the theater stage of Metropolis. But the work directed by Rozi Kostani with well-known actors of October will return to the stage for the public. Actors Viktor Zhusti and Yllka Mujo are in the main roles of the work. Two elderly people in a nursing home create a special friendship. While playing their gin games, they engage in long conversations about their families and their lives in the outside world. Gradually, every conversation becomes a battle, much like ongoing games of gin, as each player tries to expose the other's weaknesses, belittle the other's life, and humiliate the other thoroughly. "A gin game" will be on stage on May 25, 26, 27, 28 at 19:00. The work of the author DP Koburn was translated by Artur Lena. Vocal music master Suzana Turku, stage and costumes Beqo Nanaj. In the other roles of the work are Ina Morinaj, Ilia Kaçi, Sidorela Koça. Earlier, the director stated that between sarcastic laughter and sadness, the two characters travel, where their life stuck in an asylum for the elderly, reveals through the gin card game, the symbolism of the game of life. "Come to the theater to experience the emotions, energy and humor, the messages of two lives in many dimensions", said Kostani. As a director, Rozi Kostani comes with this play on the stage of the Metropolis theater after the one entitled "Three winters". The theater play "Three Winters" was successfully performed on stage last year, but it returned this year for the public, where Yllka Mujo and Viktor Zhusti, as well as other well-known artists, were in the roles.
