The International Cultural Weeks this year come to the second edition in our country. Conceived as a mosaic of cultural activities, each week will be dedicated to a country, where the focus will be on the promotion of values ??and the exchange of experiences. The Minister of Culture Elva Margariti said a day ago that the weather and this second edition will continue to be "Albania welcomes the world". "One year ago we gave life to the International Cultural Weeks, as an invitation to bring the world to us. It is not for nothing that our motto was and will continue to be "Albania welcomes the world!", continues the Minister of Culture. The International Cultural Weeks started in Tirana with the activities of "Europe Week 2023", the inauguration of the restored mosaic at the National Historical Museum, a concert, etc., but in the future there will be various artistic and cultural activities for the public in other cities of the country. The Minister of Culture Elva Margariti announced yesterday that in this second edition of these weeks three countries, which were not in the first edition, will join for the first time. "This edition brings 20 countries and international organizations. We are joined this year for the first time by the Netherlands, Montenegro and Azerbaijan. We start with the EU Cultural Week from May 16-22, to continue with Italy, Greece, France, Spain, Egypt, China, Japan, Germany, Austria, Hungary, ending in November with the Week National of all Albanians. The party starts today!", continued Margariti. During the weeks there will be many invited personalities, where various concerts will take place in the squares. Some of the most important events of the following weeks are marked by well-known names of the international scene. We have the participation of the Greek singer Nikos Vertis, the commemorative concert of the 70th anniversary of Sanremo and the music master Ennio Morricone, etc.

Edicioni i dytë i “JKN” nis këtë maj dhe do të përfundojë më 30 nëntor 2023. Një vit më parë artistët pjesëmarrës ishin nga 19 vende të botës, të cilët performuan dhe me artistët tanë për publikun në kuadër të Javëve Kulturore  Ndërkombëtare. Ministrja Elva Margariti shprehet në rrjetet sociale se në këtë edicion të parë u përcollën edhe traditat. “Më shumë se 700 artistë pjesëmarrës nga 19 vende të botës, të cilët u ngjitën në skenë dhe performuan me artistët tanë, duke përcjellë traditat, tingujt, imazhet, aromat dhe shijet nga të gjitha këndet e botës”, u shpreh Margariti një ditë më parë. Edhe një vit më parë Javët Kulturore Ndërkombëtare u zhvilluan me një kalendar të larmishëm kulturor. Javët Kulturore Ndërkombëtare si një nismë e re e Ministrisë së Kulturës, që do të shërbejë si një mundësi njohjeje, bashkëpunimi, shkëmbimi mes artistëve e padyshim pasurimi të jetës kulturore jo vetëm në kryeqytet, por në të gjithë Shqipërinë, si projekt u prezantua në janar të vitit të kaluar edhe në një takim me përfaqësues të trupit diplomatik në Tiranë.
