Pëllumb Kulla completed his studies in performing arts in 1964 and is one of the most appreciated Albanian authors with his works. He is currently retired, but with non-stop creativity. Enjoys 35 years of experience working in comedy shows, and as a lecturer and writer of satire genres. He worked with the professional bodies of Vlora, Fier, Tirana and in special programs of RTSH.
