In his speech, AADF President Michale Granoff affirmed that this museum has the opportunity and potential to be a symbol, that can make proud people all over the world. "It is an example for Albanians not only to learn something about their history, but also something to have the pride and opportunity for people to visit Albania and learn something about the cultural heritage of this country, which they probably did not know existed." he said. Present at the presentation, Minister Elva Margariti said that in this museum are the stories of those thousands of Jews, who found an open door not only in the homes of Albanians, but found an open door in their hearts.
