Vendimi për Akademinë e Studimeve Albanologjike, me transferimin e instituteve  do të rrisë kapacitetin intelektual në kërkimin shkencor shqiptar. Dje kryesia e ASH paraqiti qëndrimin, duke theksuar se ky vendim nuk nënkupton shkrirje të Akademisë së Studimeve Albanologjike dhe instituteve të saj. Kryetari i ASH Gjinushi tha se ASA kishte mundësinë ose të kthehej në shkollë të lartë ose të dilte nga ai institucion, duke u bashkuar me Akademinë e Shkencave. “Do të punohet për të rritur kapacitetin intelektual në kërkimin shkencor në tërësi. Ardhja e Akademisë së Studimeve Albanologjike pranë nesh lehtëson punën shkencore dhe rrit bashkëpunimin. Ligji për arsimin e lartë rregullon funksionimin e shkollave të larta.
