In my opinion, in principle, the centralization of research institutions, educational, etc., leads to a communist mentality when the institutes must always be put under the control of an iron hand, a single hand", says Andi Tepelena in his reaction. He says that the reaction of the ASA researchers, who are opposing this draft decision, which was announced a few days ago, is correct. "Where is the problem of the Academy of Sciences? Why does he want the institutes to take them under his wing? Each institute is specialized in its own research field and each of them does its own work. In principle, this situation worries me a lot, because it is the institute that deals with national identity. From here I say the great fortune that has been built for so many years.

ASA to maintain its independence
