Lasagna, the famous Italian recipe has become quite popular for Albanian families. Today, Mrs. Florenca Reçi showed how to prepare it differently, with the main ingredient, cottage cheese.

Ingredients:
12 slices of lasagna
1/2 kg minced meat
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
salt and pepper
450gr cottage cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup minced parmesan
tomato sauce
mozzarella
olive oil

Preparation:
To make the casserole as soon as possible, soak the lasagna noodles in hot water. Put the water on the fire and add a little oil.

While we throw the minced meat in the pan to fry with the green garlic and a little salt.

In a bowl we throw the cottage cheese (or ricotta) and press it with the eggs and garlic powder. Beat until creamy and then add the sauce, spices (oregano and pepper as desired). Add to this mixture the diced mozzarella.

This sauce is not mixed with the minced meat, but we add a layer of lasagna to a layer of meat and then the sauce. This is followed until the last layer in the casserole.

Be sure to cover the last layer with parmigiano cheese. And it is ready to put in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
