Adele has surprised her 65,000 fans when she interrupted her concert at the BST Festival in London's Hyde Park to announce to the security that one of the people in the crowd needed help.
In footage filmed by an audience member, the 34-year-old singer was singing her first single from her Skyfall album when she noticed in the crowd that one of the fans wasn't feeling well.
She immediately stopped singing and called security to help her fan, also asking the crowd to clear the place to make way for the medical team.
“Stop, stop, stop, security?” Adele can be heard saying, then yelling from the stage: “Do you need security help? They are coming." Trying to direct the medical team to the person in need, Adele added: "Right in the middle, can you see where everyone is waving?"
