Dua Lipa ends up in court, here is what he is accused of

The singer of Albanian origin, Dua Lipa has ended up in court for a photo posted on Instagram. Photographer Robert Barbera has sued Duan alleging that the singer violated copyright by posting this photo without his permission.

It is about a photo taken by Robert in July 2018 where Dua appears dressed in black walking on the street.

"Without the permission or authorization of the plaintiff, the defendant voluntarily selected, copied and displayed each of the photographs protected by the plaintiff's copyright," the lawsuit states.

This is not the first time Dua has been sued for a photo as she did the same last year.
