Population and housing census, Rama appeals to citizens: Welcome the INSTAT army, it will be done according to European standards

Prime Minister Edi Rama appealed to the citizens to cooperate with the "INSTAT army" for the registration of population and housing data.

Edi Rama: "It is a difficult exercise because you have to knock on doors because you have to collect all the data that is absolutely necessary for many reasons, first of all to identify how many Albanians live in this country today.

Also what is the number of their real estates. I say that the conditions are ripe because we have two factors, the French, Swiss, German partners, all known for their spirit of precision and the experience of being accurate in counting and definitely with the support of the EU with considerable funds where 50% is made available by the Albanian government, the rest from the partners.

The cartographic teams have created wide reference areas, with the tools they will have at their disposal they will do the recording in real time.

INSTAT has created an army of people to move around the field for 6 weeks, use the recording tablets and insist that the data be taken.

There is a need for the cooperation of citizens, they must understand that the census also has a patriotic aspect. It is important for our country that the number of people living here is real.

So that they don't say "there aren't many, you wrote on the streets: and they aren't even few and you don't deserve the attention you claim.

Albanians must provide information about their stay in Albania and then about their residences. The welcome of the INTSTAT army and 10 minutes of time to complete the data is a patriotic duty.
