Fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) accumulate in the body and are stored from several days to several months.
Several factors lead to a lack of vitamins that the body needs for normal functioning. Improper nutrition, insufficient physical activity, smoking, alcohol, some medications, but also pregnancy and breastfeeding affect the loss of vitamins.
With the right food and nutritional supplements, we can increase the intake of certain vitamins in the body.
Vitamin A deficiency can be recognized by degenerative eye changes, psoriasis, acne, reproductive disorders, ulcerative colitis, cirrhosis of the liver, loss of appetite, weakened immunity, vaginal and respiratory infections, and digestive disorders.
