The summer season requires increased care for the maintenance of our body.

Often times, diets have become the cause of a number of health problems, which are used by different people independently and without receiving proper advice from experts in the field.

Dietitian Hyrida Basha, invited to a show, gave a series of valuable advice on the care we should show.

She said that in our regime there should be as many seasonal fruits and vegetables as possible, as she added that detox diets do not exist. She appealed for a balanced diet and the use of juices made at home.

"We try to include as many fruits and vegetables as possible in our diet. There are no detox diets. It has a balanced regime. Since we are in the summer we have to establish a balance. I use a fermented tea a lot in the summer. We can also use blueberry tea or the fruits we have at home", quoted Hyrida Basha

While highlighting the nutritional values ??that different fruit juices can have, the nutritionist said that orange juice should not be the first option in this season, because this fruit, according to her, does not belong in summer.

As for the water with lemon and ginger, which many people use for slimming, the dietitian had this opinion:

"Water with lemon and ginger. It helps you to cleanse, but not to weaken. He goes to the toilet for half an hour. "Lemon water can remove toxins, but if you don't accompany it with healthy food, it has no effect."

Breakfast, as one of the most important meals, should be eaten every day. It doesn't matter what foods we eat, as long as there are combinations of all kinds of foods.

"There is no ideal breakfast. Breakfast is important to eat. Chia seeds with water swell and cleanse the body. After eating this, eat breakfast. Every breakfast should be different and no breakfast is wrong as long as it's not store bought. Breakfast is the most important meal", said nutritionist Hyrida Basha.
