Elections in Kukës, CEC tests devices for electronic identification of voters

The Central Election Commission has tested the equipment for the electronic identification of voters in the municipality of Kukes. The elections will be held on September 24.
According to the CEC, 3% of the devices were tested to pass the criteria test, while noting that the electronic devices will ensure the correct identification of voters.
On September 24, there will be another vote in the Municipality of Kukës, after the published scandal involving the mayor of this municipality, Safet Gjici. The candidate of the majority, Albert Halilaj, former prefect of Kukës district, and Emri Vata from the coalition "Bashke Fitomje" will be in the race.
