Clashes for Beleri, Foreign Minister Igli Hasani speaks for the first time

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Igli Hasani, is optimistic about integration into the European Union. In an interview for the 'Real Story' show, Hasani said that the EU is our effort, it forces us to push forward, not the deadline set for membership.

"The dream of all Albanians, in 33 years of democracy, has been integration in the Euro-Atlantic area. It is our effort that compels us to push forward, not the deadline that is set for us. We must separate rhetoric from desire. The country is clear and convinced that it will join the European family. People dream of going to Europe", said Hasani.

Among other things, Hasani also commented on the danger that may come to our country regarding integration, from Greece, based on its recent statements on the Beleri issue.

"I don't think that Greece will ever block Albania's path to the EU. I don't think that Greece will block such an important neighbor, for a matter that belongs to the judicial system of the Republic of Albania", he said, while also commenting on the relations between the two countries: "Between cousins ??or next-door neighbors, there is always problems. The solutions are always simple."
