Everything that happens in Albania, he is to blame, the tall one!
Written by Nga Bardhyl Bejko 9 Qershor 2023
There is no longer any illusion in the ranks of the opposition and all those who look at the prime minister as the individual who plays the strings for everything that happens in the political scene in Albania. The absurdity reaches as far as a shepherd on top of Milesa mountain, one dark moonless night, the wolf fed some sheep. Alarmed by the loss, he told his fellow villagers that it was not the wolf's fault, but the tall one of Tirana who made fish for the wolves by not organizing their elimination. If you listen to the morning columns, you will be surprised by the fact that most of those who ask to be heard that the hailstorm damaged their production or that the price of cucumbers, tomatoes, beans or watermelons has fallen, all blame it on Rama. Whether farmers or shepherds, taxi drivers, because of the increase in the price of oil, consumers of energy, water, bread, foods can be tolerated in the broad social opinion as they seek to find a culprit, for the politicians, those who seek to lead and direct us in the coming years, guilty of any failure with the accusations against Edi Rama, are a total devaluation, not only of the strategies theirs and the way of doing politics, but also as a serious violation of any elementary morality and logic in the relations between politicians, political parties and those who support them, as their chorus shouts and tries to argue with "evidence" and " facts" that their mind produces that politics is really in deep identity crisis. It seems that oppositionism wants to blame its failures on the government and first of all on the prime minister, ministers, directors, but they should not carry anything on their shoulders. From the way it is done, to create the impression that politics is at the tip of the tongue as prefabs built by extreme subjectivism. What connection does the Prime Minister of Albania have when he is accused of being a disruptor of the opposition and the tutor and creator of lobbying within the DP? If it was so easy for him to move the strings in the bosom of the opposition and direct the factors within it, where and how he wanted, then what is the opposition and how real is it in our political scene? How much do our opponents weigh and how much did the word spread? Such an attempt is the most absurd excuse behind which the opposition's inability to do efficient politics is hidden. It is oppositionism without a strategy, which has no power to change the citizens and direct where the opposition aims. Her helplessness is truly intolerable and inexcusable. We cannot accept the logic that every failure in these ten years of Rama's power can be explained by his intervention and behind the scenes. In this way, the opposition itself plays on a knife edge, like the equilibrists on a tightrope, where its role as a future governing alternative fades. Consecutive losses in the general and local elections cannot be justified with the divisive role of the prime minister, because as perceived by the opposition politicians and the prime minister himself, magical proportions are given to him, almost as if he were the all-powerful god himself. The reality is not like that. Indeed, the opposition plays on its own impotence and lack of unifying ideas, creating a spirit of unity in the journey to take power. The opposition's battle to relocate its permanent failure to other trenches is not at all real, nor objective. The Democratic Party did not split until Rama came to power. The rift has accompanied him over the years even when Rama was an immigrant in France and relaxing on the free beaches of the French coast. Then Fatos Nano was to blame. All the political failures and fights between the competitors of the Albanian opposition were blamed on him for the division of the opposition or government cake when he came to power. Today's noise to blame Rama for what is happening in the opposition is the most idiotic attempt, which has also created the Rama cult. It is not the naivety of the opposition that feeds this philosophy, nor the ignorance of the divided leaders of the Albanian opposition. It is the mentality and logic that we are very good, but he does not let us move forward. When you look at the opposition positions and the clashes between the pulpitists and the official DP of the stamp and logo and go back to the eighth of January a year ago, bringing to mind the fights for the occupation of the PD headquarters, you are not at all surprised by the rhetoric that he is to blame, the tall of the government. We are united, but the prime minister who throws us against each other does not leave us alone. There is no political movement, there is no scenario that operates within this party, not even a defeat like the one on May 14 that cannot be argued that Edi Rama is to blame. He left after the elections two years ago, Lul Basha from party chairman, Rama was blamed for his acting that Basha was the partner of the prime minister, followed his line. He stayed away from politics for two years, again he was accused of being Rama's pawn, his oxygen, as the player who is trained at every step by Rama. Today, when Basha decided to return, he is shot with the same slogans and dressed in the same costume, that of the partner of the prime minister, who plays his game. Every movement of Lulzim Basha is interpreted as a long game, as if it were a puppet conjured by him and thrown into the attack to do him honor and leave him the power to reign as he pleases. Even the most recent quarrels between the democrats during the analysis to reformat the party and make choices between those who love or hate Basha, the parties argue, referring to the deeds of Rama, as if he were the Messiah himself. The truth is that the leaven of progress, the quarrels and intrigues of the war to lead the opposition to have a tool and instrument to solve the personal problems of the leadership are within themselves, between them. It is Berisha and his people who, instead of objective and in-depth analyses, where are the causes of the opposition's defeat and their lack of credibility, they look for the blame on the prime minister. If it is for Rama as a political opponent, he loves the opposition as it is today. Chopped and divided. It does not want the opposition to be solid and with the power of change. Ultimately, it requires weak opponents. But what does the opposition itself want with the game it plays to justify everything with the negative role of the head of the government. The way it behaves, there is no chance for the opposition to come to power until it faces the truth. The people cannot support a fragmented opposition, much less the opposition that has long been in conflict with our Western allies. Albanians listen to the voice of true friends and cannot go after a political force that wants to put Albania in front of the USA and the West. EU and England. It was this positioning that many democrats turned their backs on Sali Berisha and the last opposition, the completely fresh, Ilir Meta, who, even after the catastrophic defeat, seek to sell this defeat as a victory. The slogan that we don't run away after being voted in is really pure irony. This attitude is equally extreme irresponsibility, which is a tremendous obstacle to face the truths. Rama is not the bad opposition. Even a superficial look from ordinary citizens understands very well where the roof leaks from the opposition of Berisha, Meta and Basha. The opposition's political strategy to blame Rama for the losses and the quarrels, which have caught him by the throat, are neither more nor less than the misery of our scattered opposition,
