Analyst Neritan Sejamini was invited to the show "The Unexposed" on MCN TV, where SPAK's investigations into the sterilization of surgical equipment affair were discussed. 

Sejamini said that the 100 million euro concession was received by a completely unknown person in the field where he operated, while the entire administration serves the interests and orders of politics. 

Sejamini raised questions about SPAK's protracted investigations, saying that they dragged on for ex-minister Beqaj as well. 

"How is it possible that the prosecution investigates for four years and after four years, says things that were known from the beginning? It dragged it out. How is it possible that the prosecution went to court the first time and did not include Mr. Beqaj, when the data that comes out today shows that he was involved? How is it possible that a man from the street, who is not in this field at all, has no expertise, has nothing, with 1500 euros, comes and receives a concession of 100 million euros? We do not understand this explained in the prosecution.

Even in this case, the prosecution deals with small damages and side things, but it is not analyzing the essence.

I want to emphasize a topic that I emphasize over and over again. It is an example that shows that our public administration, civil servants, who are not party workers and have the duty to implement the law, have turned into political servants, the boss gives orders by phone and they do the paperwork. Instead of implementing the law, the public administration makes the papers. We have lawyers, economists, experts, financiers, health experts, who make the papers by order of the minister. The public administration has an important role, to implement the law and for policy-making to be on the tracks of the law and efficient.

How is it possible that hundreds, thousands, of public employees are ordered to do the paperwork, do the paperwork, and no one complains or raises concerns? This is a problem that we do not talk about, our public administration is destroyed, a great servant of politics.

The second, is the second case when a private person comes out of nowhere, with a proposal, gives the papers to the government. A person without expertise, just like incinerators, comes up with an idea, meets a minister or government official, tells him his idea, and after a few months this person gets a monopoly in a certain field. This is an approach that we encounter often.

The other, the standard of justice. We have fragmentation, fragmentation, procrastination. Is it so difficult that all these investigations were carried out for 2-3 years? How difficult is it to have a summary charge?", said Sejamini.
