The General Directorate of Social Services in the Municipality of Tirana has selected the families that qualify in the first phase to benefit from soft loans. After the application process was closed, the documentation was reviewed and 2405 winning families were selected, which pass the first stage. For all applicants the first phase was based on several criteria: individuals have reached the age of 18; families who do not own an apartment at the time of the application; households that own living space below housing norms; households owning income within the limits set out in the table below. The names that the newspaper is publishing have met these criteria and must now proceed with the completion of additional documentation. For the effect of space, the newspaper is publishing today about 1500 names, while others will be published in the next issue. In the second phase the focus will be on specific criteria.
