Foreign investments in Albania have reached a record in the first six months of this year. Meanwhile, during this period, there was a boom in investments from countries and organizations that are not declared for reasons of confidentiality. The greatest attention of foreign investors continues to be focused on the real estate sector and the energy sector. Specifically, in the first six months of this year, 142 million euros were invested in real estate, increasing by 62 million euros. In second place with the largest increase in investments is electricity.
