Housing prices will undergo another increase of up to 250 euros per square meter, and for this, the Association of Builders said that the reason is the increase in reference prices. With the argument that the tax burden in the construction sector has increased on July 28, 2023 with the entry into force of the decision to increase fiscal prices, the association requests a review of the decisions.

"A good part of the builders who have had to get the final construction permit where 8% have given up on obtaining this permit until a second moment. Only if you convert this tax into euros per m2, in some areas it is 150 euros per m2", said Erion Harizi, chairman of the Association of Builders.
