In the "Newsbeast.gr" article, referring to the Eurostat report, it is emphasized that a cup of coffee has become more expensive than usual.
"Recent price increases make coffee almost a luxury item," the European Union's statistics office said, announcing that average coffee prices rose 16.9 percent in August compared to a year earlier.
Fresh milk now costs 24.3% more on average, while consumers paid 22.2% more for low-fat fresh milk, Eurostat said.
