A 1-year-old baby was found dead in a car in the Cecchignola area, south of Rome. According to the Italian media, the father, who is a police officer, left the house in the morning to go to work and took the child with him to take him to the nursery. His wife was supposed to pick him up at noon.
However, when the woman arrived, the educators told her that her daughter was not in daycare. Apparently, when the father parked outside the daycare, he forgot to take the child with him, causing her to stay inside the car for hours.
The mother then spotted her husband's parked car with the baby in it. Frightened, she ran towards her and with the help of a passerby broke the glass and took the child out.
However, it was too late because the little girl was already dead. The rescue teams went to the scene and found the death of the little child. In a state of shock, the parents cannot believe what has happened to their little girl. Authorities are conducting an investigation into the tragedy.
