A British Airways flight from London to Nice, France turned into a thriller when a passenger on the plane turned out not to be asleep but dead.
Passengers on the flight noticed the 73-year-old did not look well when they landed in the southern French city, as she did not move from her seat as everyone got up to disembark.
When some of the passengers tried to wake her up and she was unresponsive, they knew something was wrong. They immediately notified the crew, who in turn requested first aid.
By the time rescue teams reached the location it was too late. As it turned out later, the woman suffered a heart attack during the trip.
British Airways confirmed the tragic event saying: "Unfortunately a passenger has died on a flight from London Heathrow to Nice."
