A German businessman of Turkish origin, Zeki O?uz, fell victim to an attack by some unknown persons, who approached him to forcibly take him hostage and put him in a van that blocked his way.
But the most interesting thing about this story is the fact that the hostage-takers had mistaken the target, as the businessman was not the person they were looking for.
The security cameras of a market in Istanbul show the moment when people surrounded O?uz, but as soon as one of them saw his face, he signaled the others to leave, as he was not the person they were looking for.
At this moment, they not only let him go, but also asked for forgiveness and left quickly, while the businessman immediately called the police, who started investigations to identify the perpetrators.
