After the apocalyptic tremors, the famous professor 'alerts' Turkey with another 'terrifying' warning

When the great wounds of the devastating earthquakes of February 6 this year in Turkey and Syria have not yet healed, the Member of the Academy of Sciences, Prof. Dr. Naci Görür has raised another alarm, this time for a possible tsunami in the Antalya area and in the part of Greek Cyprus
Görür was part of a panel titled 'Antalya, earthquake resistant', from where he called for measures to be taken for the construction of settlements resistant to earthquakes, while also emphasizing the great threat from the sudden flow of water, as a result of any catastrophic shaking like those of February 6.

Prof. Dr. Görür also said that some regions in Antalya are prone to landslides.
"Subduction zones are the world's tsunami-producing faults. Antalya can be exposed to a tsunami at any time. The tsunami effect does not occur if you are above sea level, but imagine that the wave length reaches 10 meters. Covers any place under 10 meters. It is necessary to take precautions against the earthquake and place the signs of the tsunami and show where it can be effective".

He added that one cannot ignore any data regarding the threats that come from natural phenomena and say "it's fate", without taking any precautions.
Mentioning that there are more than 90 thousand dangerous buildings in the area, Prof. Dr. Görür said that in a possible earthquake of such magnitude as that of February 6, 4 million people will face death.
