The Secretary General of NATO, Jens Stoltenberg, has stated that he agrees with the positions of the President of the United States of America, Joe Biden, who said that under no circumstances should the world allow Russia to "brutalize" Ukraine without consequences. .
After leaving the UN General Assembly, Stoltenberg said that it is essential that the international community continue to condemn Russia and support Ukraine in the war.
"If we don't stand up for Ukraine, then no nation in the world is safe," Stoltenberg said.
"Nobody knows how long this war will last, but with the support of NATO and the international community, Ukraine has been able to push Russia back," he said.
Stoltenberg also agreed with Biden about the West's relations with China. He has said that China is not an opponent of NATO, but its growing relations with Russia are compelling reasons to keep the Alliance together.
