Pope Francis ends up in the hospital, this is how his health is

Pope Francis has been hospitalized for a routine medical check-up. According to the Vatican press office, the Pope is currently in the Gemelli Hospital in Rome, but it is not known how long he will stay or whether his medical visit is related to the colon surgery he underwent in July 2021.

"The Holy Father has been in Gemelli [hospital] since this afternoon for previously planned checks," said the director of the press office of the Holy See, Matteo Bruni.

Fra?escu's health, apart from the knee problem that makes movement difficult, is stable considering his age, 86 years old. "Govern with your head, not your knees", is an expression that the Pope has said more than once after rumors that he would resign.
