Global warming is a disturbing phenomenon, scientists are stunned, they discover the unusual event

Due to global warming, only female turtles are being born on Florida beaches in the last four years.
According to what scientists have elaborated and reported by CNN, this happened as a result of intense heat waves caused by the climate crisis, which is significantly warming the sand and some beaches.
According to the National Oceanic Service, if a turtle's eggs are incubated below 27 degrees, the hatchlings will be male, while if the eggs are incubated above 31 degrees, they will be female (temperatures that fluctuate between the two extremes will result in a mixture of male and female turtles).
"With climate change, rising temperatures may cause distorted and even destructive incubation conditions that will affect turtles and other reptile species," the National Ocean Service explained. The unequal ratio of males to females is a growing concern among experts. Melissa Rosales Rodriguez, sea turtle keeper at Zoo Miami's recently opened Sea Turtle Hospital, said that “over the years you'll see a sharp decline in their population because there's just no genetic diversity and there is no male-to-female ratio needed to have successful breeding sessions.
