Shoigu asked to make maximum use of Zvezda's production capabilities to complete the repair and modernization of the submarines," Director of Progress Sergey Shamshura told Shoigu that during 2023, the volume of state procurement at the factory that produces Ka-52M attack helicopters will double. Putin stated that Russia was developing weapons using "new physical principles" to ensure the country's security. "Wild cards" will include, among others, lasers, ultrasound and radio frequency weapons.
