The voting process in Turkey is closed, the counting begins

Voting centers in Turkey have officially closed and the counting process has begun, Turkey does not have an exit poll, but the preliminary results are expected to come in a few hours.

Polling stations opened at 8 a.m. (05:00 GMT) on Sunday and closed at 5:00 p.m. (14:00 GMT), foreign media reported.

About 61 million voters went to 191,884 polling stations today to elect Turkey's 13th president, who will serve a five-year term.
