Is Agim Neza a repentant witness? VOA reporter details McGonigal's acquittal: Hearing lasted 15 minutes

The journalist of "Voice of America" ??Keida Kostreci has stated that the court session during which the decision was taken for the conditional release of the former FBI official, Charles McGonigal, was short and lasted 15 minutes. In direct connection to the show "Opinion" on TV Klan, Kostreci said that in this court session there was only 1 defendant and that was McGonigal.

Keida Kostreci: Yesterday it was said that the court session could be held on another day and not today. Then there was another announcement that the session would be held today and it ended 2 hours ago. It was a brief, 15-minute, routine hearing where McGonigal pleaded not guilty. It was an abbreviated procedure, that was the main thing that came out of this session. It was said that there will be another hearing at a later time to continue with the procedure.

Blendi Fevziu: Is Agron Neza the Albanian who gave him 225 thousand dollars, but also other money? Was this the person who testified? Let's say is he a repentant witness?

Keida Kostreci: We don't know that. We have no data to confirm such a thing.

Keida Kostreci: Today's hearing was about this indictment. The indictment has only 1 defendant and that is McGonigal. Person A and person B that are mentioned there, are mentioned in function of the violations of this person and in function of this indictment that the Department of Justice has brought against the former agent for the violations that he committed, for the contacts and meetings that he did not report and for the benefits it may have had.

Supozohet që bëhet fjalë për Nicolas (Nick) Muzin. Ndërsa Duçka del si njeriu që e shoqëron kudo ish-agjentin, paguan fluturimet e akomodimet e tij, si dhe i përcjell informacionet e nevojshme që do t’i shërbenin në nisjen e hetimit nga FBI.
