The Special Court has postponed for the third time the preliminary hearing against the former director of ARRSH, Sonila Qato, and 9 other defendants.

The hearing was postponed due to the absence of one of the lawyers. The next session will be held next week, where the court will decide whether or not the case against Qato will go to trial.

The former director of the Albanian Road Authority, Sonila Qato, was officially charged by SPAK in October of this year. She is charged by the Special Prosecutor's Office with the charge of "Violation or favoritism of tenders and public auctions" related to the tender for the construction of the Kardhiq-Delvina road.
