In the investigation file of SPAK for the attack on the structured criminal group, some data are also given on how the special coded phones were transported in such a way that the secret conversations between them took place.

From the interceptions that have been disclosed by Sky ECC with Ismail Zenelit and Bashkim Sadriye, Zeneli expresses his concerns about their blocking at customs. In the same conversations, it is also shown how Bujar Gërmizi (Ajeti) from Kukësi, against whom several charges have been brought, threatens an employee of the Information Service.

On 09.09.2020, at 14:34:31, Ismail Zeneli using HFNERI communicates with CC4RE2 and asks for the address of "Muli" to send the phones he discussed on 06.09.2020. Specifically, the citizen Ismail Zeneli sends the messages with this content: "...Are you okay...Am I giving the address of Muli...You start the wires...Or I start the union in the tyrant... Yes...Let me take it myself then...I forgot...Here I go to the grandmother...I will tnis tre tel...Ore bake Urimit...I'll start...Ok..". Muli is suspected to be the citizen Flamur Hasan Sadria, born on 18.01.1968, who is the husband of Lumnije Veli Sadria, the sister of Bujar Ajeti. But, in the meantime, citizen Ismail Zeneli starts calling his brother Bashkim Sadria, whom he allegedly refers to as "Bakja" in the messages, since on 13.09.2020 at 11:39:32, citizen Ismail Zeneli sends him messages Bujar Ajetit: "....These two days, the father takes the wires and brings them...Yes...".

On 19.09.2020 at 12:09:51, Ismail Zeneli contacts CC4RE2 and informs him that the telephones encrypted with CHIPHR have arrived in Tirana and are in the customs regime, he also sends photos of the delivery mandate by mail to the recipient it is Bashkim Sadria. Citizen Ismail Zeneli sends the messages: "...My friend, I didn't tell you that I'm waiting for you today or tomorrow by phone... Customs has blocked them... And for that work... I can't tell you... The phone is in the ship, friend the customs are left..." At 16:31:56, CC4RE2 communicates with the user V40G80 by sending a voice message and tells him about an event that happened this day, where the citizen Bujar Ajeti stopped the functionaries of the law enforcement agencies and threatened.
