"Washington said that SPAK is run by us", Spartak Ngjela reveals new details, here's who hit the Special Prosecutor's Office

Lawyer Spartak Ngjela, invited to the "Black and White" show, spoke about SPAK, where he stated that he believes in this institution for a fact, because Washington said "I run it". According to him, a mistake was made in the establishment of this institution, that the old prosecutors were taken away and there were no new faces.
