Lawyer Spartak Ngjela, invited to the "Black and White" show, spoke about SPAK, where he stated that he believes in this institution for a fact, because Washington said "I run it". According to him, a mistake was made in the establishment of this institution, that the old prosecutors were taken away and there were no new faces.
"I have facts. The fact is that Washington said that SPAK is run by us. But they made a mistake, they took from old juices. Those who were there, they did not bring them from the beginning. The Special Prosecutor's Office was hit by the ambassador, saying that they are scared and bought," said the lawyer first.
The lawyer emphasized that the katas that are currently in place are expired due to corruption. According to him, they should not have been there at all and to do this the law should be changed.
