The Minister of Internal Affairs, Xelal Sveçla, announced that Sokol Halili, the suspect in the murder of the 35-year-old pregnant woman, killed himself, Express reports.
Sveçla stated that despite the negotiation, Halili refused to surrender and killed himself.
Further, he said that the Police of Kosovo and the Police Inspectorate of Kosovo will continue the investigations to discover all the circumstances of the murder of the pregnant woman and the suicide of the doras.
"After intensive work by all units of the Kosovo Police, it has been possible to locate the location of the murderer Sokol Halili. Despite the attempt of the police officials to negotiate the surrender, Dorasi kills himself. The Kosovo Police as well as the Kosovo Police Inspectorate will continue the investigations to discover all the circumstances of the murder of the pregnant woman and the suicide of the doras", wrote Sveçla.
