The Kruja court has revoked the prison sentence for the two brothers Sajmir and Landi Miri, accused of murdering 34-year-old Indri Ndoj with a screwdriver, who was found dead on October 21 of the previous year in a canal in Fushë-Kruja. .
A ban on exiting the country and an obligation to appear have been imposed on them. The court of Kruja has accepted the prosecution's request for substitution of the measure against the two brothers Sajmir and Landi Miri.
Judge Konstandina Kuro has decided to change the measure from prison arrest to mandatory appearance.
The two brothers have declared before the investigators that they did not intend to kill the 34-year-old, but the situation got out of their hands, as according to them Indrit Ndoj physically attacked them. While they have shown that at the moment they left, Ndoj was alive.
