Three young men were handcuffed by the police of Shkodra, during an operation carried out on the road axis Koplik-Hani i Hoti, where the vehicle they were traveling in was stopped.

Inside a suitcase, the three young men had hidden 17 kilograms of cannabis that they tried to traffic to Montenegro.

Specialists for the Investigation of Narcotics and Illegal Trafficking of DVP Shkodër arrested the following citizens in the act:

KG, 20 years old, resident of Alijaj village, Malësi e Madhe (vehicle driver);

JK, 19 years old, resident of Alijaj village, Malësi e Madhe (passenger);

EO, 22 years old, resident of Shtoj i Ri village, Shkodër (passenger).

A case of attempted trafficking of narcotic substances towards Montenegro was struck.

The coded police operation "Grizhe", developed by the services of the Malësi e Madhe Police Station, in cooperation with the Section for the Investigation of Narcotics and Trafficking, of DVP Shkodër, is finalized.

Operacioni, në vazhdën e operacioneve të njëpasnjëshme të zhvilluara kohët e fundit, për goditjen e paligjshmërisë, me qëllim sundimin e ligjit në gjithë territorin.

Sekuestrohen 17 kilogramë lëndë e dyshuar narkotike cannabis sativa.

Vihen në pranga 3 shtetasit që tentuan ta trafikonin lëndën narkotike drejt Malit të Zi.

Shërbimet e Komisariatit të Policisë Malësi e Madhe, në bashkëpunim me specialistet për Hetimin e Narkotikëve të DVP Shkodër, në vijim të kontrolleve intensive për parandalimin dhe goditjen e trafikimit të lëndëve narkotike, bazuar në inteligjencën informative se disa shtetas po transportonin me automjet, një sasi lënde narkotike, në drejtim të PKK Hani i Hotit, me qëllim trafikimin e saj, drejt Malit të Zi, kanë organizuar dhe finalizuar operacionin policor të koduar “Grizhë”.

Në kuadër të këtij operacioni, në aksin rrugor Koplik – Hani i Hotit, në fshatin Grizhë, Malësi e Madhe, shërbimet e Policisë kanë lokalizuar dhe ndaluar automjetin e dyshuar tip “Benz” që drejtohej nga shtetasi K. G.

Gjatë kontrollit në automjet, në një valixhe, Policia gjeti 16 pako të mbushura me lëndë narkotike cannabis sativa dhe një qese plastmasi të mbushur po me lëndë narkotike cannabis sativa, me peshë totale 17 kilogramë, të cilat u sekuestruan në cilësinë e provës materiale, së bashku me automjetitn dhe tre aparate celuluare.

Në vijim të veprimeve, nga specialistët për Hetimin e Narkotikëve dhe Trafiqeve të Paligjshme të DVP Shkodër u bë arrestimi në flagrancë i shtetasve:

K. G., 20 vjeç, banues në fshatin Alijaj, Malësi e Madhe (drejtuesi i automjetit);

J. K., 19 vjeç, banues në fshatin Alijaj, Malësi e Madhe (pasagjer);

EO, 22 years old, resident of Shtoj i Ri village, Shkodër (passenger).

The materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the Shkodër Judicial District Court, for the criminal offense "Trafficking in narcotics", carried out in cooperation.
