More details are revealed from the arrest of the former deputy director of the Tirana Police, Erzen Breçani, who was arrested yesterday as part of an investigation by SPAK. Journalist Klodiana Lala informs that Breçani, who was arrested accused of being part of a criminal group discovered thanks to interceptions of the SKY application.
Brecan was arrested while entering the 'Air Albania' stadium where he was going to watch the match of the Albanian national team with the Faroe Islands, while he is accused of supporting the perpetrator of the crime.
