Former official Alda Klosi, who was arrested for money laundering, has been hospitalized. According to Shqiptarja.com, Klosi has shown cardiac problems.
Alda Klosi was arrested on Friday evening after the testimony of the cleaner Rozeta Dobi.
Dobi stated that the money came from 2021 in a bag and that Alda Klosi had given it to her for safekeeping.
"I don't know who brought them, but the money came in the bag. In December 2022, Alda, because she had conflicts with her husband, asked me to protect them. The day I took them in my bag, I took them from the safe, as Alda was not at home. She told me she took it to the safe herself. I staged the theft event because she wanted to hold the husband responsible, I didn't get any money that day," said Rozeta Dobi.
Klos is charged with three charges: concealment of assets, money laundering, and false declaration of money.
