The last farewell was given to the two girls who lost their lives in the early hours of yesterday in a tragic accident while returning from Durrës to Tirana after having dinner there.

The two young women, Silva Gjergji from Rubiku and Roxhesa Klironomi from Durrës, died on the spot after the collision of the car driven by 26-year-old Arbër Tivari.

Initially, the driver lost control of the car, which collided with the protective barriers, and then went off the road, causing the tragedy. The messages of condolence have been many and touching for the two girls.

" May you be in heaven, Jesse Chapkenia, generous heart. May God give patience to the family members and let this be the last test in the life of the Klironomi family!! It is impossible for me to believe that the 24-year-old who had an accident last night was you, " writes one of her friends.

Tivari is a well-known name in Durrës for justice. In March 2021, he was shot in the hand by Alket Buçpapaj, who was also known as a problematic person for justice. Tivari was arrested earlier for distribution of narcotics and theft.

While after the search that the police carried out in his apartment after he was injured, Arbër Tivar was found with military ammunition, for which he was placed under the measure of arrest.
