The driver who caused the accident with 6 injuries at "Kryqezimi i Treshi" in Lezhë is arrested. The event happened around 00:00, on the interurban secondary road Milot-Lezhë.
Official sources from the police informed that the citizen with the initials KB, 36 years old, fell behind the bars.
POLICE ANNOUNCEMENT
Road traffic specialists arrested the 36-year-old KB citizen, resident of Lezhë, in the act, for the criminal offenses "Violation of traffic rules" and "Irregular driving".
On 23.09.2022, around 00:00, while driving his vehicle, on the secondary interurban road Milot - Lezhë, specifically at the place called "Kryqezimi i Treshi", he lost control over driving the vehicle and was involved in an accident with another tool.
As a result, the citizen KB himself was injured, the driver of the other vehicle, citizen A.Sh. 36 years old, resident in Tirana, as well as the passengers in the vehicle of citizen A.Sh, specifically KM 20 years old, resident of Lezhë, ET 19 years old, resident in Vlora and a 2-year-old minor child, who are in the hospital out of danger for life.
The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office of the Lezhë Judicial District for further action.
